What exactly does Moby check?

Three families of checks: arithmetic (sums and subtotals recalculated), consistency with prior year (line by line, reclassifications detected) and the match against the trial balance.

Which documents do I need to provide?

The statements as a PDF (year N), and if you have them: the prior-year statements and the trial balance — up to 1,000 rows — straight from your Excel sheet.

Can I download the ticked document?

Yes. The colored tickmarks and your annotations are written into the PDF, ready to attach to the audit file.

What happens when a new version arrives?

Compare the two versions in seconds — differences are listed word by word — then re-run the tie-out on the new version.

Where does my data go?

Your files are stored on Microsoft Azure, in the EU or US depending on your location, and are never used to train AI models.
